CARL MAXEY


2021 marked the passing of our friend, business partner and coworker Carl Maxey.  Carl was a member of our Leadership Team since 2014 when we acquired assets from Maxey Companies, and he became a partner at MGS Inc.  He had a way of connecting with almost everyone he met.  Carl was well known for his work in Fort Collins community and the trailer industry, as a board member and President of the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM).  I am very grateful that our paths crossed all those years ago.  He has had a significant impact on me personally as well as contributing to the strategic journey at MGS.
