MGS, Incorporated is a key manufacturer and supplier of utility trailers to the construction, public utility and equipment rental industries. We are focused upon developing and sustaining a national business enterprise built upon the manufacture of specialty equipment on wheels.

Our fundamental concern is safety. We build equipment that delivers well-engineered, reliable solutions for all kinds of transportation challenges.

The Engineering Department is the heart of MGS. Our engineers possess more than 100 years of combined experience in the trailer industry with three Professional Engineering registrations and one EIT certification. This knowledge and experience is further enabled with the most up-to-date technical enhancements, including a solid modeling CADD system, Finite Element Stress Analysis and an extensive reference library.

The outcome of our painstaking focus on the engineering task is a proven ability to conceive, design, test and manufacture transportation products of the highest quality, integrity and value.

Admin, sales and engineering functions are centralized in our Denver, Pennsylvania headquarters. This location consists of a 100,000 square-foot facility designed to support sizable production runs of specialized transport equipment. The floor plan of the manufacturing space sustains an efficient, continuous flow process comprising welding, painting, assembly and shipping.

In addition to our Denver, PA facility we manufacture and ship products from plants in Colorado and Georgia.
